DEPROGRAMMING DISSECTION: An Analytical Approach to Improving Your Mental Health
Mastering the art of seeing through gaslighting and propaganda to improve your mental health and intellectual fortitude
BEFORE WE GET STARTED, LET’S DO A QUICK REFLECTION:
I am going to share a series of words with you, and your task is to pay attention to your physical and emotional response.
First, take note of any physical changes in your body like a shift in your breathing, blood pressure and heart rate.
Second, pay close attention to your emotional state by asking yourself if these words make you feel anger? sadness? frustration? hate? irritability? rage? morally superiority? and vengeful?
How did you do?
What changes did you notice?
Can you explain why you had such changes?
Now, I don’t want to assume, but the reason I chose these words specifically is because of my own personal experience and observations. Typically, when these words come up in a conversation with someone who has fallen prey to the propaganda and gaslighting it looks a little something like this:
YOU ARE WHAT YOU CONSUME
If we are what we eat, what does that mean about the data we consume?
What if the data we consume is designed to breed division, hate, fear, moral superiority, anxiety, and stifle discussion and debate?
How would such data affect your mental well-being and view of the world?
Like mental weeds, these harmful “seeds” are on the prowl to find a home in the deep recesses of your mind.
Each compiling harmful data point is like a burst of sunlight and fertilizer that enables their roots to grow deeper and stronger.
Left unchecked, these mental weeds overrun your mind and prevent the necessary sunlight and fertilizer from doing what they need to do to keep you healthy.
The end result is these mental weeds cloud your judgement and every view and interaction you have with others in the world.
Think about that.
What if I told you, you could heal yourself from these mental weeds affecting your view of the world?
You can.
And I am here to help you do exactly that.
Here is a truth: if you are unaware of the covert undercurrent of psychological manipulation in the data you consume, the mental weeds that drive hate and division, will negatively affect your mental health.
It’s unavoidable.
And like a garden overrun with weeds, you will be sick.
This is us now.
We’ve become sick and what was once relatively unnoticeable has now become pervasive.
You can see the illness in all aspects of our society where we are divided, broken, hateful, angry, frustrated, not talking to each other and filled with fear.
So, just as a doctor would provide you a treatment plan to detox from your harmful allergens, I am doing the same to help you detox from the havoc the data you have consumed has had on your mental well-being.
We can no longer ignore it.
Your treatment plan is to learn to deprogram yourself from the propaganda and gaslighting that has influenced your belief systems of your entire life. Yes. Your entire life.
And it’s these harmful belief systems that have the greatest impact on your mental well-being.
Recovery will take time, practice, and an on-going commitment.
You can do this though. I know you can.

GET IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND
Think of how your beliefs are formed.
Where do you get your data?
How do you process the information that comes at you every moment of every day?
How does the information you review formulate or reinforce your beliefs?
The sad truth is we’ve all become intellectually lazy when it comes to our world (all by design, but that will become clearer over time).
The busyness of our personal lives, our families, kids, jobs, sports, and whatever else going on in our world has kept us distracted and unfocused.
As a result, when it comes to learning about the world’s events, we have essentially resigned ourselves to scrolling through headlines on our phones unaware that with every swipe of our fingers we are being programmed.
Yes. Programmed.
Because with each swipe of your finger some belief is being reinforced whether you recognize it or not.
For example, here are a 2 of the programmed beliefs repeated by design by the Mockingbird Media to influence how you are expected to think and feel.
#1: Ivermectin is Horse Dewormer
What you are programmed to:
Psychological Manipulation Tactic(s) Deployed to Enable Programming
Gaslighting – they want to create a reality where their approved solutions (the vaccines) are the only viable and trustworthy solution to stopping the pandemic.
Why does the programmed belief that Ivermectin is Horse Dewormer support their agenda:
Secures the installation of the vaccine passport system, which is also the gateway to the social credit system and Great Reset.
Pfizer is a main sponsor of the very media telling you Ivermectin is Horse Dewormer. Check out this clip here. Does this seem reasonable to you?
They willingly and knowingly withheld therapeutics that work like Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine and most recently monoclonal antibodies from the People. These could have not only saved millions worldwide, but also stopped the pandemic months ago.
The sad truth is by maintaining the programmed belief that Ivermectin is Horse Dewormer you have become an enabler of crimes against humanity. You have relied on the very media sources for “truth” that are part of the criminal organization doing this to us.
Think about that please.
You trust the criminals.
#2: Misinformation / Disinformation
What you are programmed to:
Psychological Manipulation Tactic(s) Deployed to Enable Programming
Projection – they are the ones spreading misinformation every minute of every day. They program you to believe that any information that goes against their approved agenda is misinformation, so you don’t realize they are in fact the ones spreading misinformation. Don’t forget it was Joseph Goebbels that said, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” Once you realize these people are implementing the Nazi playbook right before our very eyes, your view will change. It’s inevitable.
Gaslighting – the only reality they want you to believe is the one they tell you to believe. And the misinformation label is intended to keep you away from exploring data that would challenge that reality and to silence debate.
Why does your programmed belief about Misinformation / Disinformation support their agenda:
At the end of the day, they need you compliant. So, it is imperative that they program you to never question the narrative or explore the data you were programmed to avoid. This keeps you blindly believing them and only them. They are literally committing crimes against humanity on a global scale, and you simply do not see it because you were programmed to dismiss anything that is incriminating to the one controlling your mind.
These are two harmful beliefs that are 100% not founded in fact.
And the day you understand why I am calling these out, you will understand why millions around the world will NEVER COMPLY.
These phrases are intended to solicit an emotional response and psychologically manipulate you into having negative feelings towards those who go against the approved narrative.
And blindly believing such statements without doing proper research is how intellectual laziness happens.
And to be clear, proper research means taking the time to listen to, read and watch any of the sources they label as “misinformation.”
In fact, part of my own journey to overcoming intellectual laziness was to take the time to explore the topics I was told not to. That’s how I learned to recognize the patterns that eventually opened my mind to transition from intellectual laziness to intellectual fortitude.
The moment you realize that the labels they assign to data that are a threat to their “approved narrative,” you’ll get it.

WARNING: Cognitive Dissonance incoming…
The amount of cognitive dissonance you will experience once you realize they deliberately manipulated you into believing that questioning the narrative is bad, so that you don’t ever question their narrative will be a very difficult moment for you.
It will be.
And it’s ok.
Every single one of us who finally saw this reality, has gone through the mental anguish resulting from such a realization.
There will be grief, and I will help guide you through that as best as I can.
And thankfully, God made wine.
So, go pour yourself a big glass if you need the liquid courage as you travel into the deep recesses of your mind that you have been trained to ignore (unwillingly).
And, as I’ve said before, it’s going to get weird.
Your challenge will be to morph your intellectual laziness into intellectual fortitude.
To develop intellectual fortitude, you must learn to:
Let go of any blind belief in the data you consume; approach everything with a spirit of inquiry.
Ask the tough questions. For example: who benefits from the data’s POV? Who is put down or being made out to be the villain?
Fully vet your sources to determine their trustworthiness. Trust should only be earned after repeated confirmation that the data is reliable and valid. And more importantly, only you can make such a confirmation. Only you.
Review the content beyond the headlines. This ensures you fully understand the message versus just react to a carefully crafted headline.
Become skilled at verifying details like dates, sample sizes, people involved, which company owns which company, and who is married to who. For example, who is Christine Grady and who is she married to? Why does this matter?
Always check for conflicts of interest. For example, if Pfizer is the sponsor of most MSM shows, can they be objective? What is the financial incentive to push the vaccines while smearing competing products? Check out this clip here.
Learn to decipher between fact and opinion. Statements that lead to an emotional reaction should be your queue to dissect the message for psychological manipulation.
Analyze the messages following a structured Deprogramming Dissection approach. This was the process I followed when I learned that the media is there to support the narrative of its owners not report the news (I will share my story on this in the near future.)
THE DEPROGRAMMING DISSECTION APPROACH
A Deprogramming Dissection is a step-by-step mental exercise for breaking through the beliefs that have been inserted into your minds through decades of deceptive and harmful gaslighting (i.e., programming).
There are 4 steps to completing a Deprogramming Dissection:
The Message –what is said versus what is meant
Psychological Impact of Message – what the consumer of the information is intended to think, feel, say and do as a result of the message
Psychological Manipulation Tactics – from projection to gaslighting, these tactics influence the psychological impact of the message (see post Programming Dissection: Pedophilia and Child Sex Trafficking for definitions)
The Why – a thorough analysis of who benefits from your beliefs in the stated message and the agenda that is supported by your belief in the message.
It takes practice and a deliberate focus.
But it’s a critical step to ensuring what you believe are actually your own beliefs rather than beliefs that have been programmed into your mind without your consent.
