Even before I left my old life as a “career woman” of this world, my work always focused on helping people learn to become their best selves.
At least, that is what I thought I did.
I spent my life in “leadership development” which I now clearly understand was a form of grooming to develop “high-potential leaders” that align with the current corporate cultural norms we’ve been socially engineered to emulate and view as “successful.”
Keep in mind the current cultural norms for “high-potential” successful leaders are cutthroat, elitist, type-A, charismatic, an influencer, skilled in office politics, and ideally Ivey league educated.
At least those are the characteristics we have all been programmed to believe “successful” people look like. We can all thank our socially engineering implemented through formal education, all forms of media, movies & tv shows for this. Yeah for us.
Do you think it’s a coincidence we’ve been socially engineered to emulate the 7 deadly sins?
I hope at this point in humanity, we all can agree, meeting all the above characteristics of a “successful” leader in the most simplistic terms translates to unethical. That’s it.
If you have questionable integrity but are really skilled at fooling people into thinking you have high integrity (influence, political behavior), congratulations, you might become a CEO or even the US President one day!
And while corporations or propped-up authorities around the world use fancy words like integrity, open communication and inclusiveness to describe “successful” leaders, the unfortunate reality is typically the people who behave the most unethical are typically the ones that get ahead.
Why do you think that is? Do you think this is a coincidence?
In my career in “leadership grooming” which we’re supposed to call leadership development, I observed this firsthand.
There was always a blaring disconnect between words and actions.
SIDEBAR: For background, I also worked for the “top” propped-up authority university in the world. I have a doctorate in organizational psychology. I had a career I loved. I thought I had it all. Then 2020 hit.
I quickly learned that I just do not fit into a world without logic; a world where we let “feelings” determine what is right or good.
Especially, I do not fit into a world that is becoming clearly more and more satanic with each passing day.
And the more I learned of the truth of this world, the more I would feel sick to my stomach for partaking in a system designed to control humanity. And even worse, my former employer historically was a major player in the problem facing humanity.
And don’t get me wrong, anyone who has worked for any corporation or industry that has participated in the globalist exercise of “forcing behaviors” alla Blackrock’s Fascist Larry Fink, were all unwilling participants in a game you didn’t know was being played.
We have all enabled our enslavement one way or another.
So, I walked away from it all.
My career, income, reputation, and even my entire network as Linked In quickly censored my account once I left <Propped-Up Authority> University to speak the truth. Was it something I said? (answer: yes)
I know with my whole heart, this is exactly what God wants me to do.
And right now, we need to increase our knowledge of history, to become skilled at dissecting narratives, to discover the truth and to avoid being deceived.
It’s that simple.
Learn the truth.
Dissect the lies of the past.
Avoid future deception.
The #1 role we all need to emulate and become the most proficient in is investigating, discovering, communicating and correcting the programmed mental shortcuts we’ve all been wrongfully socially engineered to believe.
